4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, source code, and design within the application are the intellectual property of Eleviq Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. Eleviq Technologies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

6. Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
