MyHobbyPlan is designed to respect your privacy by minimizing data collection. We do not require account registration or collect personally identifiable information (PII).

• No Account Required: You do not need to provide a name, email, or phone number to use the app.
• Local Data: All hobbies, schedules, and preferences you create are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
• Device Information: We may collect non-sensitive device info (e.g., model, OS version) for performance monitoring.

2. Location Data & Weather Services

To provide weather-aware hobby planning, we process location data as follows:

• Manual Entry: We do not track your real-time GPS location. You manually select a city for weather updates.
• Third-Party Disclosure: The selected city is sent to **OpenWeather** to retrieve forecasts. No unique identifiers are shared with the weather provider.

3. Advertising & Analytics (Third-Party Providers)

We use third-party services that may collect data used to identify you in accordance with their own policies:

• Firebase / Google Analytics: Used to understand app performance and crashes. This data is anonymized and used only for app improvement.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: Since your data is stored locally, we do not have access to it. It remains on your device as long as the app is installed.
• Deletion: You can delete all your hobby data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the app. However, as the data is stored on your device, the ultimate security of your data depends on your device's security settings (PIN, encryption, etc.).

6. Children's Privacy

MyHobbyPlan complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon posting.
